7. All orders are non-refundable and can only be exchanged during the promotion period. If you wish to exchange product(s), please follow the steps below within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please read and understand the return and exchange policy before placing your order.

7.1 Login to your account.
7.2 View the order that you want to exchange.
7.3 Provide complete details in the order message (order number, reason for return, product name(s) to be returned, and size(s) if applicable).
7.4 Select a method for the arrangement of return item(s). Either send back to our local warehouse (you will be responsible for the cost of return postage) or return to the physical store.

7.5 Once your exchange request is accepted by our customer service team, we will contact you and provide instructions for returning the product. The exchange will be processed within 7 days.
