1. Size Exchange
If you decide to request for exchange for items purchased, please contact our customer service center via online message (shop message/order message) or hotline within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
You may exchange the items through the below methods:
1/ Return the original item to our local warehouse (please note that you will need to bear the return shipping cost)
2/ Exchange at our offline stores (no additional cost will be incurred)
* Please make sure the item is completely intact and unused, and with the original label, packaging, and price tag.
* Socks, towel, bra top, innerwear, accessories, leggings, and water leggings could not be exchanged.
2. Quality Issue
* To make sure our customers can enjoy the best shopping experience in our shop, all the products will have Quality Control (QC) before shipping to ensure our best quality.
* If any deficiencies and/or damages found on the product, please contact our customer service center together with the product image within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
* Once the defective products are confirmed and received, the product amount will be refunded through the same payment method used by the customers within 2 - 4 weeks.
* The returned product must be in new, clean, and original selling conditions with all tags and packing intact, and products have not been worn or used.
* All gift items must be returned together with the returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
In case of any dispute, National Geographic Apparel reserves the right of final and conclusive decision.
