3.1 Registration

3.3 Price and Payment

If you cancel your Order before we have shipped it to you, and youhave already paid for your order, you will receive a full refund.
(b) Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars. Delivery costs will becharged in addition where applicable.
(c) National Geographic Apparel HK OfficialWebsite and National Geographic Apparel physical stores may havesimilar promotions, but they might not be identical. National GeographicApparel HK Official Website might also run exclusive online promotionsthat are not available in physical stores.
3.4 Refusal of Order
(a) We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from thisPlatform at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on thisPlatform. We will make our best efforts to always process all Orders but theremay be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process anOrder after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the rightto do at any time, at our sole discretion.
(b) If the order is canceled by us, if you have already madeany payment, we will make a refund on any sum deducted by us from your creditcard. You agree and accept that we will not be obliged to offer anycompensation for the disappointment suffered.
