Delivery Time

All paid orders (except pre-order items) will generally be shipped by SF Express within 1 to 5 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an SF Express tracking number. You can check the shipment status by entering the tracking number on the SF Express website. 

Delivery Fee

The standard delivery fee for Hong Kong order is HK$30. Free shipping is available on orders over HK$499.

Shipping Fee


The standard delivery fee for Macau is HK$40.

Store Pick-up

Delivery Time

All paid orders (except pre-order items) will generally be delivered to the National Geographic Apparel physical shop you selected within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that there is no delivery service on Sunday and public holidays. 

Pick-up Location

Mong Kok Station store (G/F, 52-54 Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mong Kok, Kowloon).

Procedure

When your order arrives at the selected National Geographic Apparel physical store, the system will automatically send you an order confirmation email (Delivery Status: Arrived). If you do not receive our email, please contact our customer service team to inquire.

*Customer Service Team Business Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00AM - 5:00PM (Except on public holidays)

When you arrive at the store to pick up your order, please present the order confirmation email (Delivery Status: Arrived) on your phone or a printed copy and provide the order number to the store assistant for verification. After the staff retrieves the parcel and verifies the information, you will be asked to sign the order receipt.


Please note that you must pick up the order at the shop within 7 days after receiving the order confirmation email (Delivery Status: Arrived), otherwise the order will automatically be returned to the warehouse, and our customer service team will contact you to rearrange the delivery (you will be responsible for the delivery cost).
